S&P Global to hire 650 staff for Global Talent Centre in Hyderabad

S&P Global may retrain some of its existing staff for the centre, while the rest would be graduates'' said Krishna Nathan.

Hyderabad: Ratings agency S&P Global on Monday announced its plan to hire around 650  staff over two years for its upcoming Global Talent Centre in Hyderabad.

Speaking to this newspaper over telephone, S&P Global CIO Krishna Nathan said, “We shall use our partner Ness Digital Engineering’s facility for the GTC before moving to our new facility in one of the newer state-of-the-art IT parks in the city.”

When asked about hiring, he said, “S&P Global may retrain some of its existing staff for the centre, while the rest would be graduates that help us innovate on technology such as cloud.”

Speaking on the partnership, Ness Digital Engineering CEO Paul Lombardo said, “We’re thrilled to further grow our 10-year old relationship and help the company take advantage of the abundant talent in India to establish a global center that delivers new solutions.”
