HYSEA annual summit and awards on Feb 8

 Hyderabad: HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) on Friday said that the 30th edition of its annual summit and awards for 2021 would be organised on February 8, at HICC with minister K.T. Rama Rao as the chief guest.

HYSEA president Manisha Saboo said the event would bring focus on the innovation work being done by IT majors and start-ups in the city would be a step towards planning and preparing for the future. “We will be hosting analysts, VCs, global technology leaders, innovation entrepreneurs, academicians, government leaders and domain leaders from IT, IPCs, pharma, filmmaking, who will be sharing their point of view on what IT organisations in Hyderabad can do to maximize growth and how they can leverage the emerging technologies,” she added.

Awards will be given away to IT/ITES companies and start-ups for exports, productivity, and product development for 2021-22.

C.V.D. Ram Prasad, director, STPI, Hyderabad, said, “I am happy to share that the IT Industry in Telangana has maintained a better growth rate compared to the national average. There has been significant growth of IT exports and addition of direct employment in this sector during last FY.
