Miya George is on a high after the success of the film Anarakali in which she played a strong willed and gutsy doctor who does not mince words while speaking her mind. She will be seen in another strong role in the film Thottavadi directed by George Varghese.
Though the title refers to the touch-me-not-plant, sources state that her role is far from being a meek woman; Miya plays the role of a woman, who is highly educated, is a good musician and painter but forced to stick to doing household chores.
Cameraman turned actor P. Sukumar plays her husband and the others in the cast include Manoj K. Jayan, Kailash, and Jayaprakash etc. Miya has upcoming films like Pavada opposite Prithviraj and Hello Namasthe opposite Sanju Sivaram.
