Mumbai: For all those who believe that low calorie food can’t be tasty, maybe it’s time to change your perspective because ‘healthy low cal’ food can be delicious and mouth-watering.

This recipe is especially for people who are health conscious and want to keep a tab on what they eat and how healthy it is.

This dish is not just nutritional but also recommend for diabetic people.

“Keeping in mind how people are becoming so health conscious, we decided to make this dish for our ‘Diabetic Food Trail’ initiative. Guava is itself sweet so we didn’t use any artificial sweetner to make it. In fact even to make its gravy we have used low fat curd,” Chef Saumitra - Regional Chef, West , Barbeque Nation.
