Man claims Chiranjeevi as his father, moves SHRC

He said he was separated from his parents due to trafficking

Hyderabad: A man approached the State Human Rights Commission on Friday claiming to be the elder son of megastar Chiranjeevi. Mr P. Ravinder alias Sujith, a native of Karimnagar district, claimed to be the elder son of Chiranjeevi. He further said that he was separated from his parents due to trafficking. 
 
He said that he had acted in the lead role in the movie Pasivadi Pranam, which released in 1987. 
Mr Ravinder in his complaint said that till the release of the movie Pasivadi Pranam in 1987, he was with his parents Chiranjeevi and Surekha, along with Allu Aravind and Nirmala.
 
“Due to their selfish attitude, they gave me away to a woman name Rajyalakshmi, who is looking after me now.” He added that this had caused him deep mental agony. He also said that late Allu Ramalingaiah and Chiranjeevi’s brothers Naga Babu and Pawan Kalyan, had taken took photos with him and had kissed him and that the memories were still fresh in his mind.
 
“Recently I saw the movie and was shocked. Though I acted in the lead role, I was not allowed to watch the movie and they spread the news that a girl Sujitha had acted in the role, which is false. I am ready to take a DNA test also,” stated Ravinder in his petition to the SHRC, seeking justice and to unite him with his true parents.
