I was never interested in being SRK or Aamir: Puneet Vashist

Mumbai: Puneet Vashist is the latest wildcard to enter the Bigg Boss house.  The actor admits he was never a fan of the show. He says, “I was not a fan at all but I think the time has come to respect the platform and the cockroaches inside. Ive watched five-six episodes from  this season and few from the last season. I am very cut off from all this, a fakir aadmi like Kishore Kumar.”

Speaking about the other recent wildcard in the house, Rishabh Sinha, Puneet opines, “Media has put Rishabh on the same platform as me. That guy looked cute in Qubool Hai, but he has done just one show, while I have done 22 films. I have kept four films on hold for Bigg Boss. I have also trained Shah Rukh and Aamir in dance, as I used to be Ahmed Khan’s chief assistant. Next, Im going to the Oscars. I could have been SRK or Aamir today but I was never interested, like I said I choose to live like a fakir. How can people compare him to me?”

Speaking about his plans for the show and his take on housemates, Puneet tells us, “The plan is to be myself and let the world know about me. I have positive aggression within me. Just yesterday I realized Kishwar has nice legs, but a monkey face. Prince should learn the difference between ‘sport’ and ‘support’. I also teach acting and voice modulation, so I will help these contestants improve themselves. Acting runs in the family, my father was called the Jerry Lewis of India by the media, during his time. I come from a high caste Brahmin family and surely plan to teach housemates a thing or two.”
