Daisy Shah, who made her debut opposite Salman Khan in Jai Ho, will soon be seen back on screen in a sensuous avatar in Hate Story 3. Daisy says, “I like the role and people close to me advised me to take it up. I believe that once you get into acting, you shouldn’t limit yourself. I didn’t want to get typecast as the ‘girl next door’ and this will help change that image. The two roles are poles apart and I am glad people are liking it.”

The intimate scenes did make her nervous. “I was super scared because this is not my comfort zone. Karan (Singh Grover) said, ‘Don’t worry. Just let me know if you are uncomfortable’. He was very sweet.” The actress had to work hard to acquire a bikini body for the role. “In the past, I used to work out but not eat much. That would store extra fat in my body. Once I started eating healthy, the results came in faster. That gave me the confidence to don a bikini on screen.”
