Vice-Chancellors named for 3 AP universities

Hyderabad: The AP government appointed Vice-Chancellors for three universities on Monday. Durga Bhavani Veeramachineni, professor of the department of communication and journalism of Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visva-vidyalayam in Tirupati has been made Vice-Chancellor of Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam.
E. Satyanarayana, professor of statistics (retired) of Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati is made Vice-Chancellor of Dravidian University in Kuppam.
Mohammed Moulana Mohiuddin Sarcar, professor of mechanical engineering (retired) of Andhra University’s College of Engineering is appointed as Vice-Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Anantapur. The terms of all the three VCs span three years.
