Alaska Airlines loses its CEO’s bags

Alaska Airlines CEO Bradley Tilden admitted on Tuesday that his luggage was lost by his own airline. His luggage was misplaced as he attended a summit in Washington DC. His bag was lost despite the airline’s promise that luggage is delivered within 20 minutes after the flight.
