WATCH: Priyanka Chopra promotes 'Quantico' on Jimmy Kimmel Live

 

Mumbai: There’s just no stopping Bollywood bombshell Priyanka Chopra! The dusky desi girl seems to have caught the whims and fancies of the American audience after her debut television series ‘Quantico’ aired this Sunday. The actress who has become the talk of the town made an appearance on popular American late-night talk show ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’, created and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.

 

The 33-year-old actress, who is no stranger to American soil, spoke a little about her growing up stages in high school, her celebrity crushes, music and of course ‘Quantico’.

 

 

Talking about her high school days, Priyanka joked saying that the only reason she attended school in the States, was so that she didn’t have to wear uniforms. 

 

She also said that her first celebrity crush was hip-hop rapper Tupac Shakur and that she also called herself Mrs. Shakur. After his sudden death (by shooting) the actress admitted to she mourned for the star and wore black to school everyday. Two years later, she moved on to NBA’s bad boy Dennis Rodman. 

Jimmy also questioned Priyanka about her show and it’s confusing story line that shifts between two time periods – the present and past. The celebrity host also seemed very certain that PC was not the terrorist in the film, and said that if she was, it would be weird rooting for her. 

 

While the career in the states has taken off, with a possible second season in the making, Priyanka seems to be finding her way back home on weekends to shoot for ‘Bajirao Mastani’.

 

‘Quantico’ is all set to premiere in India on October 3.
