Mumbai: Kangana Ranaut’s been making news ever since she hit the stardom with her film ‘Queen’. Apart from her amazing performances, Kangana has always shocked us with her bold statements. The actress took everyone by surprise when she was quoted in an interview saying that no other actress from Bollywood could have played the role of Rani from her film 'Queen' or Datto from 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns'.

Earlier, the actress was quoted saying, "I started from ‘B grade films' and today I’m the number one actress of this country… whereas other actresses, whom you might call my contemporaries, they have had no growth in whatever platform they were launched… they are still there and have not risen to another platform.” When asked if she considers any other star from Bollywood as her competition, she said, "No, not at all! Name one actresses who could’ve played Datto or done Queen." Kangana’s this statement rubbed Divya Dutta really bad.

Divya expressed her reaction on 'Queen' star’s statement on her official Twitter account. “did she really say that. Only one gets t oppurtunity to get t rte thing at t rte time. B grateful coz there's a lot of talent arnd,” she tweeted.

Just when we were wondering what Kangana has to say about this, the actress reacted on it. Kangana was at her upcoming film’s press conference where she was asked to speak about Divya Dutta’s reaction on her statement, to which she replied, “I respect Divya Dutta‘s judgement. I’m not a politician who is here to make a statement or hurt people. I’m just saying what I feel and I respect people who beg to differ.”
