Somashekar rains abuse on Ashok, jaggesh

 

Taking on Mr Ashok at a rally organised by the Congress Party to counter the BJP’s campaign against them on the tie-up with JD(S), the Congress leader sought to know whether Mr Ashok was an ‘emperor’ of the Vijaynagar kingdom. He said it was a honeymoon if BJP joined hands with JD(S) and it was 'unholy' if Congress struck a pact with Deve Gowda’s party.

 

Addressing the BJP leader in the singular, Mr Somashekar said, “It was Ashok who conducted Operation Kamala (to lure opposition MLAs when B.S. Yeddyurappa was CM) . You call our Chief Minister Siddaramaiah a coward. It is you who is a coward and fool, it is nauseating to describe you as the former deputy chief minister of the state”. Training his guns on actor and BJP MLC, Mr Jaggesh, the Congress MLA termed him as a fool and added that he was ashamed to call him an actor.s
