State Bank of Travancore monthly meets to redress grievances

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of the customer service initiatives, State Bank of Travancore (SBT) will organise Open House Meets with customers at the branches, administrative offices and head office to attend to their complaints and needs between 3 pm and 5 pm on 15th of every month.
A SBT statement here said that banks would take measures to improve customer service as per suggestions received in the Open House Meets.
As August 15 is Independence Day and August 16, Sunday, the Open House Meet for the month would be held on August 17.
The head office Open House Meet for August will also be held on August 17 at Head Office, Poojapura between 3 pm ad 5 pm.
