Manchester United target Sergio Ramos has taken time out of contract negotiations with Real Madrid to work up a sweat in the gym ahead of the new La Liga campaign.

Madrid-based newspaper AS went with the headline “Sergio Ramos anti-gravity” as they reflect on the Spanish centre back’s recent Twitter post.

The 29-year-old took to social media to upload a video of himself on an anti-gravity treadmill along with the caption: “This morning’s work. Good day everyone.” An anti-gravity treadmill allows players to train without the risk of aggravating an injury due to the lack of pressure on the body.
