Would you eat this creative 'scotch egg burger'?

 

London: Good news for burger lovers! A restaurant in London has crafted a new burger where beef patty, pickled onions and cheddar are sandwiched between halves of sage scotch egg.

 

Named the Scotch Ness Monster, the edible artwork is the brainchild of Burger in Hackney, east London, the Mirror reported.

 

The eatery is offering the creative burgers for two weeks from August 7, and the menu also serves The Marco Polo, beef patty, manchego, lemon, aioli and rocket in a chorizo scotch egg and The Dragon which boasts a lamb patty, caramelised leeks and clamato beurre blanc in a haggis and kedgeree scotch egg.

 

The group is also coming up with a vegetarian option
