Simbu has sung a song for Anu Hasan’s comeback venture titled Valladesam, in which she plays a protagonist. LV Muthukumarasamy, music director of the film, is all praise for Simbu and says, “He was very depressed when one of his fans attempted suicide after knowing that his film Vaalu will be postponed. At that time I composed this song Theeyil Suttalum, a fast paced number and approached him. This is a motivational song for the youth with the message that no matter what happens, they need to live.”

The 25-year-old music composer, son of veteran late music composer L Vaidyanathan, adds Simbu told that this would be one of the best songs he has ever sung. “We’re going to have the film’s audio launch on August 1. Filmmaker Bharathiraja and Kamal Haasan are going to take part in it,”  Muthukumarasamy tells DC.

Ask him what’s the plot of the film, he says, Anu Hasan goes to London and  her family goes missing. How she finds her child  forms the rest of the story. “Nasser plays a pivotal role in the film. 80 per cent of the movie was shot in London,” he explains. Valladesam is directed by  NT Nanda, who has also cranked the camera.
