Coalgate: ED takes over possession of land owned by Adobe Realtors Private Limited

Hyderabad: The Enforcement Directorate has taken possession of 28 acres of land owned by PVP Global Ventures’ subsidiary, Adobe Realtors Private Limited, in Nadargul on the city outskirts in connection with a Coalgate case.

The ED investigations had revealed that the premium paid by the accused in the coal scam to the Potluri Vara Prasad group had gone into the purchase of these lands.

ED Hyderabad zone assistant director V Phani Kumar issued orders on Monday stating that these lands were taken possession by the agency and were at its disposal. The Enforcement Directorate prohibited transfer of the property.
