Vijayawada: Man forces woman patient to strip, held
The accused posed as a paramedic saying he had to examine the woman as per the doctor’s instruction

Vijayawada: A 22-year-old man, who posed as a hospital staffer, forced a female patient to strip naked for a medical examination at Mylavaram. Relatives of the victim, who had undergone caesarean, caught the accused when they grew suspicious about a male examining a female patient.
The accused, Rama Krishna, entered the room of the woman who gave birth to a baby when her mother and aunty were present, police said.
Posing as a paramedic he told them that he had to examine the woman as per the doctor’s instruction.While the patient got ready for the examination her mother and aunt approached a nurse. “The nurse found the accused trying to photograph the patient who was almost naked,” SI Durga Prasad said.
