The unlikely BFFs are amongst the cutest pets you would find on Instagram.
The duo's owner puts the Instagram fame to good use, by advocating for animal adoption.
The dynamic duo have been receiving a lot of attention online, and rightly so.
Looks like Puka and Rocket Larry have loads of fun together, with lots of snuggling and dress up sessions.
Their owner shares their Los Angeles, California-based adventures on Instagram, where they have amassed than 18,000 followers.
Puka. the adorable dog is a mixed breed with a cleft lip, while Rocket Larry is rare African sulcata tortoise.
Puka, was rescued from a homeless man by owner Christine Hilberg. Later Hilberg also bought Rocket Larry from a reptile hoarder on Craigslist.
