Sainik School students excel in UPSC exam

The merit list will be prepared on all India basis

Student of Sainik School, Korukonda, G. Naveen Kumar Reddy has excelled and secured 4th place in All India UPSC exam for 134 NDA course.

Vizianagaram: Student of Sainik School, Korukonda, G. Naveen Kumar Reddy has excelled and secured 4th place in All India UPSC exam for 134 NDA course. Naveen, an Intermediate student of 2014-15 batch, is one among the 36 students who cleared the written exam of the UPSC (NDA).

Eventually, 12 cadets were selected to join the prestigious National Defence Academy at Pune. The twelve students figured in the merit list released by UPSC are Rajagopal (50th rank), A. Ratnakar Reddy (119), B. Rohan Sai (148), V.V.K. Verma (149), P. Ram Charanteja (196), Ch. S.R. Reddy (230), B. Vinay Kumar (262), G. Sangameswar (269), B. Sandeep Valker (345), Mohit Raj (355) and S. Jeevan Pratap (450).

The selection process for joining NDA consists of written examination (UPSC), interview (at the service selection board) followed by medical examination. The merit list will be prepared on all India basis.
