Mumbai: Karan Johar started his illustrious career at the age of 23, as an Assistant Director to filmmaker Aditya Chopra on the legendary film 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge' in 1995. He is one of the finest directors who went on to make his acting debut in 'Bombay Velvet' which sadly didn't go down well with the masses.

Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor who are gearing up for the release of their next 'ABCD 2' launched their new song 'Happy Birthday', and dedicated it to mentor Karan Johar. He posted, " hope you have the most amazing year big hug. Wanna dedicate this song to U"

The song, composed by Sachin-Jigar, also marks Varun's debut as a rapper. It starts with a birthday bash for choreographer-actor Punit Pathak and then it will take you through behind-the-scenes of Varun rapping in a studio. There are few clips of Shraddha celebrating her birthday on set.
