Dia Mirza to produce Telugu film next
The actress wants to emphasize on more meaningful cinema
Mumbai: Actress turned producer Dia Mirza is all set to produce her next film venture, and this time it’s going to be a Telugu film. The actress revealed her plans about her next film as a producer, in an interactive session organised by FICCI Ladies Organisation.
The actress’ second film as a producer ‘Bobby Jasoos’ was a tribute to the spirit of Hyderabad as well. She revealed, “I'm not here to make money. I want my films to be an instrument of change. The Telugu film shall be no different.”
This film will be Dia’s first Telugu project as a producer. According to reports the actress recently met up with two script writers when she visited Hyderabad. The actress is aiming at making more meaningful movies and money-making is not her priority.
