Man held for sodomising 12-year-old boy in Muzaffarnagar

Muzaffarnagar: A person, who had allegedly sodomised a 12-year-old boy in September last year, was arrested in Khaderwala locality, police said on Tuesday.

Accused Salman had allegedly sodomised a minor boy on September 19 last year in Khaderwala locality under Kotwali police station, they said. Salman was absconding since then, and was arrested here on Monday, police said.

The accused has been booked under section 377 (Unnatural Offences) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POSCO) of IPC.
