Hyderabad: Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao visited the U.S. Consulate General for his diplomat visa stamping at Begumpet on Thursday.

It is learnt from sources at the TRS office that the Chief Minister who received his diplomat passport in October this year now also got his visa stamped at the Consulate office.

Mr Rao is going to the US next month on an invitation from Telangana NRIs, who will also be felicitating him there.

It is also learnt that he will be speaking to investors there with an aim to invite them to invest in Telangana.
