For Centre, Left is reliable Congress not

New Delhi: While the main Opposition Congress is “unpredictable”, the “Left” is reliable. This is the observation of the government managers. The Congress is “unpredictable” as its leaders speak in different voices, giving the impression that they don’t know the mind of the high command.

But the Left MPs  don’t change their mind and go back from the words, a government floor manager said.
