Hyderabad: Tollywood actor Brahmaji’s son Sanjay Kumar was allegedly manhandled by the supporters of Rajendranagar Telugu Desam MLA T. Prakash Goud at Shamshabad on Sunday evening.

The incident occurred when Sanjay who was at the Outer Ring Road tollgate had an argument after the MLA's car which was just behind his repeatedly honked. In a minor tiff, Prakash Goud's supporters beat Sanjay resulting in a minor nose injury.

Sanjay, 25, was going to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport to pick up his parents who were coming from Vizag.

He was travelling in his car from Gachibowli towards the airport and stopped at the Outer Ring Road Shamshabad toll gate to pay the fare when the driver of Mr Goud, whose car was just behind, repeatedly honked and asked him to give way.

Inspector T. Sudhakar of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport police said that Sanjay who was irritated by the honking confronted them.
