Power supply for agriculture has picked up substantially due to the kharif season
HyderabadThe current power demand of 6,200 MW in Telangana state has been constant but the agricultural demand has picked up substantially due to the kharif season. The two-day holiday will weigh heavily on the HT industries, especially the power intensive steel, aluminum, ferro alloys and flour mills. 
 
Following is the district/circle-wise power holiday schedule:
 
Monday:
Bollarum Industrial Area of Medak district, Ranga Reddy north; Ranga Reddy East, Hyderabad nor-th, Hyderabad south and Hyderabad central circles. 
 
Tuesday: Mahbub-nagar, Bollarum Industrial Area In Medak circle and Ranga Reddy East.
 
Wednesday: Mahb-ubnagar and Medak circle, excluding Boll-arum Industrial Area.
 
Thursday: Nalgo-nda circle, excluding Bhongir division, and Medak circle, excluding Bollarum Industrial Area.
 
Friday: Nalgonda circle, excluding Bho-ngir division, and Ra-nga Reddy south circle.
 
Saturday: Bhongir division in Nalgonda circle and Ranga Reddy south circle.
 
Sunday: Bhongir division in Nalgonda circle, Ranga Reddy north circle, Hyderabad north; Hyderabad south and Hyderabad central circles.
