Shah Rukh Khan is back! After a gap of almost ten years, King Khan is ready to shake a leg with his fans in the US as he and his 'Happy New Year' cast kick off their SLAM tour.
Shah Rukh, 48, would have a flying entry into the concert, said Kanu Chauhan host of the New Jersey-New York event, which he said is expected to be attended by nearly 20,000 people.
It has been reported that the 'Happy New Year' tour has generated a lot of excitement not only among Shah Rukh Khan's Indian and South Asians fans but also native Americans.
The cast will also be performing in the states of New Jersey, Washington DC, Chicago, Vancouver and San Jose.
Rapper Yo Yo Honey Sing will also join the cast for the live shows at the Toyota Center.
The concert will see the stars shake a leg while performing to the hit singles from the movie.
The Tour is believed to be Bollywood’s biggest global musical extravaganza and the first of its kind.
They also discussed about their 'one of a kind' concert, that is already a sell out in the States.
The cast who are currently at the Royal Sonesta in Houston, had a press conference yesterday and took questions from fans and journalist.
Shah Rukh along with Deepika Padukone, Farah Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Malaika Arora Khan, Vivaan Shah, Kanika Kapoor and rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh will kick start the first leg of their tour today, 19th September, in Houston,
