Goan girl, Ileana D’Cruz, started her film career with a Telugu movie, Devadasu, and went on to become a huge hit in T’town after appearing in blockbusters, like Pokiri, Aata and Jalsa. Since her Tamil debut, Kedi, in which Tamannaah was also introduced, was a disaster, the svelte beauty concentrated only on Tollywood flicks.

When she was ruling the industry, the leggy girl bought a flat at Lanco Hills in Manikonda, Hyderabad, said to be worth  Rs1.25 crores. But Ileana, who has been focusing completely on Bollywood movies of late, moved to Mumbai recently. Having acted in some of the biggest hits, like Barfi, Main Tera Hero, and also Phata Poster Nikhla Hero, which received mixed responses, she is considering selling off her property in Hyderabad. There are four people who are currently interested in the well furnished flat.

With the state divided into Andhra and Telangana, it was learnt that prices of property in Hyderabad and its surroundings were on the decline. After consulting a few real estate experts, Ileana felt that there was no point in retaining a piece of property there.  Sources say that her mother, Sameera, has met a few prospective buyers.

Insiders say that Ileana may settle in her newly bought flat in Bandra and work out of Mumbai for other language films.  She is a hot contender for Shahrukh Khan’s next film, titled Fan, although an official confirmation is yet to be made.
