Shriya Saran was seen in a backless Rajat Tangri gown with a long train
Bollywood actors have long perfect the art of sporting the perfect red carpet look. But looks like they now have stiff competition down our beauties in the south. At the second edition of the SIIMA awards in KL, Malaysia, we spotted a number of outfits by the country’s leading designers.
Newly-married Amala Paul donned a red-hot Gauri & Nainika outfit; Shriya Saran was seen in a backless Rajat Tangri gown with a long train, while Raai Lakshmi went for a fusion look from designer Roshni Chopra — a backless kurta with dhoti pants and head ornaments. Only Trisha played it safe in a simple black dress, but all in all, the hype of an international event seems to have done our heroines a world of good in terms of styling.
