Telangana CM invites Governor to Mayors’ meet

KCR also discussed developmental programmes initiated by the government

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao met Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan on Friday and reportedly invited him for the ensuing Mayors’ conference, Bathukamma festival. He also discussed developmental programmes initiated by the government, pending issues pertaining to the 9th and 10th Schedule of the AP Reorganisation Act, political situation and others with the Governor, it is learnt. Meanwhile, the CM drove down to Raj Bhavan in new white convoy of vehicles for the first time.

Chief Minister invited the Governor for the Metropolis Mayor$e2?Ts conference, Bathukamma festival with family and also briefed him on the developmental and welfare initiatives, ensuing budget session, issues pertaining to media among others.

Ninth schedule of the A P Reorganisation act pertaining to division of government companies and corporations, continuance of facilities in certain State institutions in the 10th schedule, division of the institutions, allotment of IAS, IPS officers and division of government employees among other pending issues also came up for the discussions with Governor, it is reliably learnt.
