Court issues non-bailable warrant against Jaggareddy

He was booked for allegedly attacking members of the the Telangana Joint Action committee

Hyderabad: The Sangareddy court on Wednesday issued a non-bailable warrant against BJP Medak Member of Parliament candidate Jaggareddy for not appearing for a hearing.

However,  Mr Jaggareddy appeared before the court and filed a recall petition. The court which allowed his recall petition, granted him bail on personal bonds.

The case for which Mr Jaggareddy was summoned to court pertains to 2011, when Mr Jaggareddy was a Congress MLA.

He was booked for allegedly attacking members of the  the Telangana Joint Action committee near Natraj theatre in Sangareddy.

The hearing of the case was posted to Wednesday and he failed to appear at the time of the hearing.
