Mumbai: The wait is over! The trailer that we’ve all been patiently waiting for is finally here. Farah Khan has launched the trailer of her big Diwali release ‘Happy New Year’ with a bang!

The cast and crew has worked really hard on the film and we are lucky enough to get a little gist of the storyline (Read about it here)
Shah Rukh Khan along with his co-stars Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan and Sonu Sood will be touring around the USA next month. Also, he will be accompanied by director Farah Khan and other special acts from the tour. (Read about it here)
The makers also planned on spicing things up with film's promotions this time. Fans can watch the film trailer on WhatsApp. Not only that, the actors have all changed their Twitter usernames to their character names in the film. Shah Rukh Khan's reel name is Charlie, Deepika –Mohini, Abhishek –Nandu, Sonu- JAG and Boman-Tammy.
The trailer has managed to strike the right cord with ‘India waale’ theme. It is set on six ‘losers’ who embark on a mission to loot diamonds and end up participating in a dance competition.
We totally love every bit of the trailer, be it from it’s grand opening to every actor’s introduction to Shah Rukh reciting his famous dialogue in the end, ‘Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost’. With the perfect amount of suspense, action, comedy and love, the trailer takes curiosity to the next level.
