Aamir on the other hand defended himself by saying the poster is a "key art", depicting the storyline of the movie made by Rajkumar Hirani. Sigh!
The politician has urged the actor to withdraw this objectionable 'nude presentation' on the posters which has crossed limits.
He dressed the poster in a bright green pair of shorts and a grey tee-shirt.
"Aamir Khan is a good actor and hosts Satyameva Jayate. These posters are distasteful and against Indian culture. They create a wrong impression in the minds of families and youngsters who consider him an icon," Hegde mentioned at the event.
He dressed up the actor's cutout poster amidst large number of people who cheered and supported their approval.
It not only became the center of controversy on Twitter but Vile Parle Congress legislator Krishna Hegde was also taken aback and termed the poster as vulgar and against society rules.
