Bollywood celebrities turned up in large numbers to cheer for Abhishek Bachchan’s Kabaddi team on its first match in the Pro Kabbadi League. Photo: Viral Bhayani
“Pro Kabaddi today started .. Jaipur Pink Panthers v U Mumba .. we lost! No sweat! great atmosphere, and great turn out.. Watch,” Amitabh wrote.
The match was also attended by Abhishek’s mother Jaya Bachchan, wife Aishwarya Rai and sister Shweta Nanda.
Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Farah Khan attended the last evening’s match where Abhishek’s team Jaipur Pink Panthers lost to U Mumba at the NSCI Stadium in Mumbai.

Farah, who is directing Abhishek Bachchan in his upcoming Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Happy New year’, also attended the match. “Thank you Abhishek for inviting us to the Pro Kabaddi opening!! What a fun we had!!” she wrote on Twitter.
Abhishek took to Twitter to congratulate former UTV head Ronnie Screwvala for his team’s win. “Unfortunate loss last night. Thank you all so much for the support. Congratulations to U Mumba and Ronnie Screwvala for a deserved win,” tweeted Abhishek.
Aamir and Sachin had a hearty laugh at the event. Not at the score board we hope.
Their team may have lost the match, but the couple were is high spirits.
Even team owner Abhishek Bachchan and wife Aishwariya joined in the prize distribution ceremony.
Aishwariya Rai's father and brother accompanied her to the match.
They even posed together with the winning team.
