Hyderabad: Promising to make Hyderabad a slum-free and safe international city with high class facilities, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said on Thursday that his government would mobilise all resources to fulfil welfare schemes and proposed projects by plugging loopholes in taxes, sale of lands, royalties, mines etc.
 
Mr Rao also promised to implement 12 per cent quota for Muslim minorities, on the lines of reservations in Tamil Nadu, and all other schemes by Dasara and Diwali.
