This is the second time Sunny is associated with MTV. She had earlier hosted the show, 'Haunted Nights with Sunny Leone'.

'MTV Splitsvilla 7' will see Sunny Leone hosting the show alongwith VJ Nikhil Chinappa. The show known for its high-end drama and romance will be taken to a higher level this season.
