‘Fitness is cultivated & not achieved overnight’

There are no short-cuts to fitness

Let me start with an honest confession, I am blessed with a fantastic metabolism. This natural gift goes a long way in making the fitness task, a tad easier for me. Having said that, I value my health. See, a healthy life style is always cultivated and can never be an overnight achievement.

I work out rigorously in the gym and never endorse short cuts to fitness. It has to be a few hours of dedicated service to the body where weight-training and cardio take centrestage. If you put in a whole-hearted effort, then the result will inevitably show up. I believe in this mantra and apply it sincerely.

Diet is also about eating the right thing and restricting the tempting yet harmful ones. As a kid I loved all things sweet, now it’s a few and far between affair. Basically, am an eggetarian. So it’s mostly a vegan diet-chart with only eggs added extra for consumption.
