Pawan Kalyan is booked for KCR hate speech

NIZAMABAD: The Dichpally Police registered case against Jana Sena chief and actor Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday for making a hate speech. Following the directions of the Nizamabad second additional magistrate’s court, a case under Sections 153/A and 506 of the IPC (promoting enmity among groups and criminal intimidation) was registered.

M. Ravinder, an advocate from Amberpet in Hyderabad, presently staying with relatives in APSP 7th Battalion, Dichpally, filed a private plea in the court, accusing Pawan Kalyan of making derogatory remarks about TRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
