MIM leader accused of not disclosing all his assets in the election affidavit deliberately

Hyderabad: The Election Commission of India has received a complaint against MIM leader and the sitting MLA from Chandryangutta Assembly constituency,  Akbaruddin Owaisi, that he deliberately did not disclose all his assets in his election affidavit. 
 
Moullim Mohsin Bin Huaain Al-Kasary, in his complaint to Chief Electoral Officer  Bhanwar Lal on Thursday stated that Mr Owaisi had 
purchased a house bearing municipal number 18-7-316, comprising land measuring 577 square yards, located at Dareecha Range Ali Shah, Hyderabad, for Rs 8,77,000 from one Vaidya Pandit Rama Krishna Pandey on April 19, 2005. 
 
However, he did not disclose this property in his election affidavit deliberately, neither during the 2009 elections nor for the present elections.
 
This complaint, however, will not come in Mr Akbaruddin Owaisi’s way of contesting the elections as a complainant is supposed to approach a civil court post elections against the candidate for submitting false information.
