To me, fitness is a healthy habit. It’s an important part of my daily routine. I work out four times a week and the duration depends on my body's rhythm. I do a two-and-a-half-hour set when I’m in full swing, without leaving my body tired or bored.

I keep switching my workouts constantly and stay away from the treadmill. If I do kickboxing once a week, then I make sure to alternate between dance aerobics, power yoga, light weights, cardio and badminton over the remaining period.

I listen to progressive music during my workouts as it keeps me well-powered. I don't stick to only one part of my body. Instead, I focus on strengthening my core muscles. It’s a good idea to be clued in about your body's limitations while training and then gradually increase your physical stamina.

I follow a very lenient diet and defiantly gorge on spicy food as I don't subscribe to any strict fads. However, I eat small meals thrice to four times a day and keep my body adequately hydrated all through. Albeit I have a compulsive sweet tooth, especially for chocolates, yet I try not to binge on them.
