Sonia is Godse, BJP too ditched me, says Naidu

Visakhapatnam: In a scathing attack on Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Telugu Desam supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu has likened her to the killer of Mahatma Gandhi, Nathuram Godse for dividing Telugus.

Addressing a mammoth gathering at a public meeting in Vizianagaram on Wednesday, Mr Naidu said, “What do we call backstabbers? They are called Godse. Sonia Gandhi also backstabbed Telugus. She is Anaconda of corruption and she created such Anacondas in every nook and corner of the state. Botsa Satyanarayana and Jagan Mohan Reddy are the best examples. Sonia is the root cause of all the problems that the nation is facing”.

Claiming that he had requested every political party by visiting its representatives across the country, to do justice to the Telugus, but all his efforts went in vain. He said even the BJP ditched him and supported the Telangana Bill in Parliament.

He reiterated that only the TD can do justice to both the regions. “Only the TD has capability to develop both Telangana and Seemandhra. We will develop Seemandhra like Singapore, China and South Korea. It’s only me who put Hyderabad on global map. Only the TD can, make Seemandhra as Swarnandhra (Golden Andhra Pradesh),” he said and added that the YSRC can’t build a good capital.

Mr Naidu said that those who talk about the Congress should be socially ostracised. He further said that the TD should be brought to power to build a best capital for Seeman-dhra.
Mr Naidu reminded how he strived to create Cyberabad which is providing lakhs of jobs to local students in the IT sector.

Earlier, he was accorded a rousing reception at Vizag airport on his arrival from Hyderabad by the local leaders and activists gathered in thousands. He will be spending the night at a star hotel in the city and leave for Hyderabad on Thursday morning.
