Eat well and exercise to stay fit

Fitness means being healthy, not skinny. Therefore, one should focus on overall health instead of just shedding a few kilos. Also, I don’t believe in starving in the name of dieting. I think no amount of dieting could work as well as a proper exercise routine.  To stay in shape, I always prefer to swim and try never to miss out on it. It keeps me fit, energetic and in high spirits.

Since I am not really a gym person, swimming helps me burn the extra calories.

Besides, I like to go for a quick run. It’s another great way to trimdown those extra layers of fat. Also, I enjoy dancing. These agile moves help burn those extra calories like nothing else. Since I am a part of the film industry, so dancing is an integral part of my day.

Eating is an essential part of staying healthy and fit. I opt for fresh fruits and vegetables and make sure that I consume healthy meals daily. Also, we tend to forgo drinking enough water everyday. So drinking ample water to keep yourself sufficiently hydrated is a must. This is one simple tip that everyone should follow.
