Shruti Haasan is a happy girl. She has now acted with all the mega stars of Tollywood. After 'Gabbar Singh' with Pawan Kalyan and 'Yevadu' with Ram Charan, she will be next seen opposite Allu Arjun in 'Race Gurram', which is slated for a March release.

“Working with them was a different experience. Pawan garu is in a different age group whereas Charan and Allu Arjun are young. Pawan Kalyan is a very relaxed and down to earth person,” says Shruti.

She is currently basking in the success of 'Yevadu'. “For me it’s been three back-to-back successful movies. Starting with 'Gabbar Singh', 'Balupu', a cameo in 'Ramayya Vastavayya' and now 'Yevadu'. I am enjoying the success,” she adds.

Talking about acting in remakes, Shruti says it’s all coincidental. “ I have done 'Dabangg'’s remake in Telugu, and then 'Ramayya Vastavayya' in Hindi. Now I am doing 'Gabbar', a remake of Tagore. It’s not a plan, it just happens. I am not the only one doing remakes, Sonakshi and many others are also doing a few,” she adds.

After the success of 'Gabbar Singh', has she been opting for more glamourous roles? Shruti says, “In Gabbar Singh, my character was not glamorous. In Balupu my role was fun, young and required a glamorous look. 'Ramayya Vastavayya' and 'Yevadu' are also completely different. I go according to the look of the film. I don’t have a say, it’s the director’s call.”

Shruti adds that she loves her character in Race Gurram. “She is lovable, unique and eccentric,” she says.

Talking about her Hindi projects, she says that she is currently shooting for 'Welcome Back' and 'Gabbar'. “'Welcome Back' is going well and the director, always targets the family audience which I like. His humour is clean and the entertainment is fun,” she says.

She adds that her other Hindi film, 'Gabbar', is also an exciting project. “Working with Akshay Kumar is a very good experience,” she says, adding that acting in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali production is a huge step in her career.

Shruti, who is shifting houses after the stalking incident that took place a few weeks back, adds that in Tamil, she will be working with director Hari.
