Judo kids to BSY: Why do you get angry?

Belgaum: Former chief minister B.S. Yeddyurappa gave a pep talk on leadership skills to around 100 judo  students when he went for a morning walk in KLE Guest House park on Monday. Several leaders, who have come  to attend the  session are housed at the guest house.

It began when Yeddyurappa along with his supporters went for a morning walk.  Judo school children aged between 11 and 16 years posed questions, which  made the seasoned politician think twice before answering them.

One Judo student, Akash, asked Yeddyurappa, why he used to get angry while another wanted to know why he  was grumpy all the time?

Yeddyurappa laughed at the questions, and answered that he  got  angry whenever injustice was meted out to someone who is voiceless, which was why  many people did not get to see him laughing on TV screens.

“I live a normal life with my grandchildren. Like any other grandfather, I crack jokes and play with them. Though, I am not privileged like many grandparents who get a lot of time to spend with  children,  I keep myself happy by talking to pretty children like you,” he remarked.

Yeddyurappa suggested to the students not to worry about failures and said Judo would help them destress and think positively.
