Visakhapatnam: The well-marked low-pressure area has developed over southeast Bay of Bengal and neighbouring areas. The weathermen predict that it would concentrate into a depression by Wednesday.
Rain or thundershowers lashed a places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Kerala and a few isolated places in Lakshadweep.
Rains or thundershowers will occur over coastal and south Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu from November 15 onwards, with isolated heavy rainfall over coastal Tamil Nadu and south coastal Andhra Pradesh on November 15 and 16.
