The Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) has its own demands on the issues concerning the bifurcation-- Water, power, oil, capital, etc.
Telangana should be allotted 60 pc share of the newly allotted coal blocks in Odisha and Chhattisgarh, and the NTPC must set up a 1400-MW natural gas-based power plant at Shankarpally in Ranga Reddy district with priority to fertiliser.
