Nawaz Sharif has business interests in India: Imran Khan
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Saturday said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had business interests in India. About Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s recent meeting with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi, Mr Khan claimed the meeting was arran-ged through an Indian steel business tycoon Sajjan Jindal rather the diplomatic channels.
Talking to reporters here, he questioned the PM whether he would condemn tweets of Mr Jindal that Pakistan’s agencies were responsible for Pathankot terrorist incident. “Who is Jindal and what is his relationship with the PM or his sons,” he questioned.
“Why did the Prime Minister visit his house in Delhi for dinner and what was Mr Jindal doing in Kathmandu and Raiwind,” PTI chief added. Mr Khan said Patha-nkot airbase attack incident in India was being used to increase tension between the two countries.
