Hyderabad: Three youths died in an accident on Saturday afternoon in Medchal.
The mishap occurred when the trio, working for a band company at Medchal, were riding on a bike and rammed into a road divider. The deceased were identified as Bhaskar, Shravan and Suresh.
Police said that Bhaskar, 22, from Athvelli village, Shravan, 18 and Suresh, 18, residents of Kindi in Medchal town on Saturday afternoon, went to Athvelli on some work. They returned to Medchal quickly.
“While they were taking a turn on the main road from a bylane, they lost control over the bike and hit a divider and fell on the other side of the road,” said Medchal police.
Three of them, suffered severe head injuries. Shravan died on the spot, while Bhaskar succumbed at a private hospital and Suresh died while being shifted to hospital. An accident case was registered and bodies shifted for postmortem. Police is investigating the case.
