Kavitha: Pawan Kalyan is a decorated poll bull
Hyderabad: Calling actor Pawan Kalyan a “decorated bull,” TRS Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha on Satu-rday said at a party meeting on Thursday: “I hear the TD-BJP leaders want to bring Pawan Kalyan to campaign for the GHMC polls to get Seemandhra votes. For them, Pawan is only a decorated bull. He will come with make-up during elections and say ‘pack-up’ after the polls conclude.”
She said it was not the first time that political parties were experimenting with Pawan Kalyan. “Even in the general elections, the actor came in make-up and disappeared after the polls. There is no use of such actors coming and campaigning. Our party president KCR garu showed him his place the last time,” she said.
She said people from Seemandhra in Hyderabad never had any problems in the 19 months of TRS rule. “We are one here, but TD-BJP leaders are worried. They want to bring either Pawan kalyan or Prime Minister Narendra Modi to secure the support of Seemandhra people living here. They need not worry about them. They are happy, and will be happy forever.”
